John Reynolds | APOCALYPSEoCLOCK

Here one of Reynolds’s paintings from his recent APOCALYPSEoCLOCK series is disassembled and fragmented as individual pages within the Wall/Book.  

The book thus documents the work, but then itself may be disassembled, with the pages reconfigured on the wall to the scale of the original work, or fragmented as singular pages or even random sections.  

In a playful contemplation of time and catastrophe, the book both maps the artwork and charts its own destruction and subsequent reconfiguration on the wall.
